Hi, I'm Franz Joseph.

I shoot real estate across the Jackson metro from my home base in Madison. Canon full-frame, professional lighting, and a drone in the air when the lot deserves it.

Before real estate I shot weddings, which is a good school for two things: working fast, and getting it right the first time because there is no second take. Your listing gets the same treatment.

FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone work.

Handles the low light you get in hallways and bathrooms, with glass wide enough for tight rooms, and no fisheye distortion that makes buyers feel misled.

Professional lighting

Flash that keeps the window view instead of blowing it out to white, the flambient look that makes an interior glow.

Drones

Aerials for lots, roofs, waterfront and acreage, plus stabilised walkthrough video. Flown under an FAA Part 107 certificate.
