When you book a shoot, we also collect the property address to be photographed and basic listing details. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not collect or store your full card number.

Internet or other similar network activity. Browsing history, and information about your interaction with our website.
Geolocation data. General location such as the city, state, and ZIP code associated with your IP address.
Inferences drawn from other personal information. A profile reflecting a person's preferences and characteristics.
Hereinafter known as "Personal Information."
Using the website. We collect certain information from your activity on our website, starting when you first arrive on an electronic device. We may collect your IP address, device ID, browser type, operating system, internet service provider, and pages visited (including clicks and duration).
When you contact or book us. We collect the information you provide through our booking form, by e-mail, or by phone, such as your name, e-mail, phone number, and the property to be photographed.
Our website uses cookies to provide you with the best experience possible. We, and our service providers, may deploy cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies for business use, fraud prevention, and to assist in the day-to-day operation of the website.
a.) "Cookies" defined. Cookies are data communicated between a user's web browser and a website. e.) Verifiable requests. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. Making a verifiable request does not require you to create an account with us.
f.) Response timing. We will respond to a verifiable request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you in writing. No fee will be charged to process or respond to your verifiable request.
g.) Right of non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights. We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide you a different level of service for doing so, unless permitted by law.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by e-mail.
